Detailed Class Description:

Jin Shin Jyutsu® is an ancient Japanese healing art, a dynamic form of energy medicine that focuses on harmonizing the flow of life energy through the body’s major energy pathways by balancing 26 key energy centers (described as “Safety Energy Locations”). When one or more of these sites becomes blocked, energy is unable to flow optimally through the body, and disharmony can occur which may result in disease, stagnation, tension, or pain. In Jin Shin Jyutsu®, we apply gentle touch with compassionate awareness to these energy centers. Using specific “flow” sequences we can help release any blockages or stagnation and promote mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

In this hands-on workshop, Alexis Brink will guide you through useful flows that you can practice on yourself and others. We will focus on back, neck and shoulder discomfort and learn how to resolve these projects. You will learn flow patterns that you can practice at home and make a part of your daily routine for Self Care.
