The Eichmann trial was a watershed event which changed the way the Holocaust and Holocaust survivors were perceived. Yitzchak Mais and other scholars will examine how the trial generated sympathy for and identification with the survivors. At the same time, political scientist Hannah Arendt raised disturbing questions about the perpetrators and the role of the victims. Join us as we explore these fascinating issues.
Preregistration is required by October 22. This program is free with lunch provided (dietary laws observed).
