With every good Pesach, comes an even greater Mimouna—a North African celebration that marks the end of Passover. Though the tradition is unique to North African Jewry, Mimouna has become a widely celebrated holiday across Israel, gathering people of all different backgrounds together. This event is no different, and we invite you to partake in a unique Mimouna NOSH:pitality where we will learn how to make mufletta (a Mizrahi-Jewish pancake traditionally eaten during Mimouna), spring fruit preserves, Moroccan carrot salad, and couscous-au-lait (think arroz con leche, but North African style). All of this will be accompanied by Sababa’s delicious Israeli street food fare.
This event is a proud partnership between JIMENA and OneTable.
