Art and travel writer Irene Shaland examines the Silk Road and six cities in China in the Museum’s upcoming Gallery Talk “In Search of a Jewish Story in China” on Feb. 15 at 3pm. Shaland will take audience members through the history of China’s rapid decline of their Jewish population and the ways in which their history overlaps with the Jews of Europe and America.
