Kind of a Big Dill: Detroit's First Nosh:pitality Event

Организатор:
OneTable

OneTable and NEXTGen Detroit are relishing this moment in Detroit and presenting an event aimed at teaching the history, benefits and processes to make all things pickled.

OneTable’s own Chef Sara Fatell, National Community Manager, is teaching the master class on both lacto-fermented and vinegar fermented foods and their place in Judaism, as well as in our diets. Guests will start custom jars of pickles and kraut to take home, while also providing enduring skills that can be used to pickle anything and everything.

We will have dinner and a DIY cocktail at 6:00 PM and our pickling workshop will begin around 6:30 PM.
