Dancing the Enneagram (A Nia Gram) with Kate Finlayson

Stemming from the Greek words ennea (nine) and grammos (a written symbol), the nine-pointed Enneagram symbol represents nine distinct personality types, each with their own strategies for relating to the self, to others, and to the world. In this «playshop» we’ll use Nia and Enneamotion techniques to move all nine «personalities» of the Enneagram through your body. Explore the qualities of this sacred geometry by dancing to music that embodies each archetype. Integrate into your full healing potential — balanced in the belly (physical), head (mental), and heart (emotional). Be open to examining each type with curiousty, compassion, and creativity. End with Kate’s «A Nia Gram» routine!
